Drug Attributes[edit]

To anyone using the wiki; I'm currently trying to re-work it, If there's something you want to know about the game that's not on the wiki, or if you have information to add or change please put it in Info & Tips.


Drugs and Additives have 4 different attributes : Toxicity, Strength, Addictiveness and Mix Strengthening.

Toxicity
is how bad it is for your customer. If it is too high, they'll die. Every customer has their own threshold. When you're mixing two substances together, the toxicity will be equal to the sum of both.

Strength
is how strong the effect will be on your customer. The strength of your mix is multiplied by its mix strengthening. So low mix strengthening = lower strength.

Formula:

Addictiveness
is how addictive your mix will be. If it hits the threshold of your customer, they become addicted to it. Keep in mind, that if you have a medium toxic mix with a high addictiveness, your customer will take too much of it and die. You need to balance your mixes.

Mix Strengthening
can either increase or reduce the final potency of the end mix. Sometimes you want to lower that value, like with Heroin, and sometimes you want that value to be higher, like with Amphetamine. That value is the total of both products Mix Strengthening attribute. This attribute will affect the Strength and Addictiveness attributes of your mix.

Note on Acetone:
The resulting volume is reduced after mixing, but its effects are indeed added to the mixture. 400g of Marihuana dried in the drier does not equal 400g of Marihuana dried in the drier after being dissolved (polluted) by 1g of Acetone.

Quality[edit]

Product Quality is the Mix Strength stat that's created through mixing. Unmixed drugs have a "quality" of 100%.

For example, La Ballena requires his Cocaine to have a Strength stat (after mixing) of at least 60.5% of its original value. Cocaines original strength stat is 4, so your mix only requires that the final resulting strength stat is 2.42 or higher.

When you select a Client in shadyComm, you will see a blue bar at the top. This is their Quality Expectation. This requirement ranges from 70% to ~90%.

Early Game Clients have a lower expectancy, so mixing with Baking Soda is okay. Then one day, they will suddenly tell you that it's not good enough. That's because they now expect something stronger, meaning Baking Soda now makes the product too weak.

You are expected to try out different ingredients as you level, because the Clients expectations change as well as whether or not they're addicted.

High Addictiveness + High Toxicity = Dead Clients

This is okay with new customers because their Toxicity level isn't high yet. Once your Clients become addicted, you want to lower Toxicity as much as possible, but also allow Addictiveness to decrease because it will prolong your Clients life so they can dish out more Cash.

Magical Formula[edit]

There is a Magical Formula for mixing.

77% pure drug, 3% addictive and 20% filler.

The addictive could be Ibuprofen, Viagra, etc. and the filler could be Sugar, Baking Soda, etc.

Whether your aim is to cut costs and increase profits by cutting your Drugs with cheaper Substances or to create a more addictive product, Mixing is the process by which you’ll achieve your goal.
